These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the JCB Motors Spares website and any purchase, quote request or return made through it. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

JCB Motors Spares supplies used auto parts for insurers, workshops and private customers across South Africa, and operates as a registered Second-Hand Goods Dealer in line with the Second-Hand Goods Act 6 of 2009.

2. Products & stock

All parts listed or referenced on this website are second-hand unless stated otherwise. Availability is confirmed at the time of enquiry and is not guaranteed until a quote has been accepted. Where a part is not in our own stock, we may source it through our supplier network; delivery timelines may vary accordingly.

3. Quotes, pricing & payment

Quotes are valid for the period stated at the time of quoting, or 7 days if no period is specified. Prices are quoted in South African Rand. Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of order, except where a trade account with agreed credit terms is in place.

4. Delivery & collection

We deliver nationally across South Africa. Collection from our Carletonville address is also available. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier availability, location or part sourcing.

5. Warranty

Every part we supply is backed by a written warranty, with terms confirmed at the time of sale. Warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect fitment, misuse, or issues unrelated to the part supplied.

6. Returns

Returns are handled in line with our Returns Policy, which requires a valid invoice number and photos of the part (front and back) submitted within 7 days of delivery or collection.

7. Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle and part information (including make, model, year and VIN where relevant) to help ensure correct fitment. We are not liable for delays or mismatches caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, JCB Motors Spares' liability for any claim relating to a part or service is limited to the value of that part or service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of use, income or time, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images and the JCB Motors Spares logo, is the property of JCB Motors Spares and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of this website or our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
